Porsche Debuts First Video of Panamera Sport Turbo Concept in Action

Everyone at Bert Smith Porsche fell in love with the Sport Turbo concept of the Porsche Panamera from the moment it was unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in September. Since then, we've been keeping an eye out for any updates from Porsche regarding its release. And while they've been nonexistent, we have something even better to share with you today on our Porsche blog.

And what could possibly be better than an official update, you ask? Seeing the Panamera Sport Turbo Concept in action, of course. Porsche recently released a video that outlines the process behind designing the performance-driven hybrid, and it features several shots of it in action.

It goes without saying that the Porsche Panamera Sport Turbo Concept looks good on the road, and we can't wait to see more. With a 3.0-liter V6 engine under the hood, it produces 333 horsepower. This impressive powerplant is complemented by an electric motor that produces an additional 95 hp. This combination allows the Panamera Sport Turbo to own the road as efficiently as possible. To be more specific, it features an electric-only driving range of 30 km (18.6 miles).

Impressive, but we know there are more than a few drivers from the greater St. Petersburg area who are interested in a hybrid model from Porsche that's more immediately available. That's why you'll find the Panamera S Hybrid sedan and Cayenne S Hybrid crossover in the greater new Porsche lineup. To learn more about either one, be sure to visit Bert Smith Porsche at 3800 34th Street North St. Petersburg, FL today.
